Campus Beauties in Chinese Universities - 2009 Ranking

No.1: Yang Mei (杨媚) of Heilongjiang Jiaotong University – Her online alias is “Ai Mei Er”, a babe variant of her name Mei. She was selected by Chinese netizens as the “most beautiful grad student” and is one of the hottest item on search engines related to searches for “campus beauties” this year. Her “resume”: winner of a modeling contest and beauty pageant in 2006; was named a “babe” and desirable hot date in several popular men's magazines in China; was ranked top ninth place on Tianya.cn BBS platform for most popular beauties and named the third ranked most beautiful Chinese net personality in 2008...etc.
No.2: Wang Zifei (王紫菲) of Shanghai Jiaotong University – She came into nternet spotlight during US President Obama's visit and talk with Chinese youth given at the Shanghai Science & Technology Museum this past month. She was caught on camera standing together with Obama during his talk, and that footage was widely circulated on the net as netizens started guessing at the identity of the mysterious “Obama girl”. On November 24th, her true identity was searched up and revealed by Chinese netizens: a first-year grad student by the name of Wang Zifei at Antai College of Economics & Management of Shanghai Jiaotong University.
No.3: Tang Yan (唐嫣) of the Central Academy of Drama – She was named the official spokesperson for 2007 Chinese New Year Celebration Gala in Beijing; was nominated for the best actress award at the 2007 14th Beijing Student Film Festival; was featured on the cover of FHM, a popular men's magazine in China; was named a rising star in the 2008 Forbes ranking of Most Valuable Young Stars...etc.
No.4: Liu Miao (刘妙) of Chongqing University, school of film studies – Liu Miao became known on the internet for the short films/video productions she directed and published online, including a sentimental piece entitled “Chengdu is Still Beautiful” in the aftermath of the 2008 Sichuan earthquake. She makes most of her films in and around popular sightseeing places in Chengdu and Chongqing.

No.9: An unnamed campus beauty of the HK Science and Technology University – This beautiful woman feels like she's got both the good looks and the brains to complement her air of shrewdness and wit.


No.10: Feng Feng (奉奉) of North China University of Technology – She looks just like one of those beauties in novels and RPG games depicting romantic chivalry in ancient China.
